Documentation

We manage all documentation for Certificate of Eligibility and Visa applications. Once candidates are selected and details confirmed with the Japanese receiving organization, we prepare and deliver the required paperwork within two weeks — ensuring a seamless, trustworthy process that supports both talent and employers.

Support in Japan

Our support extends beyond Sri Lanka, continuing after workers arrive in Japan. From airport welcomes to daily life guidance and translation services, we ensure each individual settles smoothly into both society and the workplace — providing attentive, reliable, ongoing care that benefits talent and receiving organizations alike.

PROCESS

Education and Training (Sri Lanka)

To meet the expectations of the receiving organization, we conduct specialized language and skills development training programs. Going beyond mere skill acquisition, we provide thorough pre-departure to cover Japanese lifestyle habits, workplace rules, and cultural understanding.

Specialized Training Tailored to Needs (Japan)

We can also arrange customized training tailored to the receiving organization's specific needs by collaborating with our partner training institutions in Japan. During the training period, we will provide regular reports on each individual's level of proficiency and progress.

Conducting Interviews

Once the Job details are provided, discussing the job requirements, we will introduce the most suitable candidates. In addition to the in advance submission of resumes and candidate lists, we flexibly accommodate both in-person interviews on-site and live online interviews.

Documentation

We provide end-to-end support for the complex paperwork involved in the process for successful candidates, including applications for the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and visa documents preparations.

Dispatch from Sri Lanka

As soon as the visas are granted and preparations are completed, candidates would be dispatched to Japan.

Support in Japan

Upon arrival in Japan, we work closely with registered support organizations to provide comprehensive, one-stop assistance ranging from airport meet-and-greets and settling into the job to daily life consultations ensuring a smooth transition for both living and working in Japan.
